The speakers were first shown in TalkGraphics where Valery (RUSS-USSR) says he was inspired by a TalkGraphics post from Miroslav Hristov of the mouse shown further down this page. and in the same thread Valery explains how he created this effective mesh effect.  Valery turned his attention to 'devices' after seeing this mouse image of Miroslav's (MiniMiro on TalkGraphics, and incidentally the designer of the current Xara Xtreme and Xara Xtreme boxes). The mouse is shown below in outline mode so you can see from the outlines how it's possible to create a really effective illustration with very few lines.   |
