Notes on using the Xara logos & graphics
Xare has a number of logos and graphics which you can download and use on your site to advertise
your our products. The images are available
from the banner ads page.
Here's a step-by-step guide to putting the ads onto your web page. Step 1: downloading the ads
The individual banner ads are displayed on web pages, either singly or a few to a page.
To download a banner ad, as opposed to simply displaying it in the browser, right-click
over the ad. You should get a menu similar to the one below, where 'Save Image As...' opens
a Save dialog box, which allows you to save the animated GIF banner to your hard drive.
Step 2: putting the banners in your web page
There's not a lot to say here - just add the banners as you would any other GIF. More
detailed instructions depend on which set of packages you're using to create your web
site. One point the is worth making (if it's not obvious) is that you're free to
re-name the banners to suit the naming scheme on your site.
Step 3: linking to the relevant product page
You should then link your banner to the product mentioned in the banner.
